To get things started, we’ll need some basic information from you. Please share the dimensions of your space, a few photos, and any sketches you may have of your idea. With this information, we’ll typically respond within two working days with an initial cost estimate.
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation to explore your project in more depth. This can be done via video call or in person, where we’ll discuss your ideas, showcase similar designs from past projects, and guide you through our selection of materials and finishes using our sample collection.
If you choose the online consultation, a follow-up home visit to take precise measurements and survey the space is essential to ensure we create accurate designs for your bespoke furniture.
To secure the booking of your project, an initial invoice for 25% of the total cost will be issued before the technical drawings are prepared.
We’ll develop detailed 3D visuals along with a full set of technical Sketchup drawings to bring your concept to life. These designs include all the essential details – precise dimensions, materials, finishes and lighting – everything needed to turn your vision into a bespoke piece.
Production only begins once you’ve reviewed and approved the final drawings, ensuring you’re completely confident before we move forward.
After receiving your initial deposit, we’ll begin sourcing the materials needed for your project. We work closely with exclusive trade suppliers to ensure that we use only the highest-quality materials at fair and competitive prices.
With years of experience in crafting bespoke furniture, we approach each project with professionalism and efficiency. Our workshop, located in spacious premises in North London, is fully equipped to handle every step of the process. We thrive on finding solutions to any challenges that arise, which is why we are so passionate about what we do.
The installation date will be arranged with you towards the end of the production phase, based on your preferred timing or in coordination with the overall construction schedule.
On the designated starting date, when our team arrives with all the necessary materials and tools on-site, a second invoice for 50% of the total cost will be due.
The installation duration can vary, typically ranging from one day to a week (longer for larger projects). We will coordinate our working hours with you to ensure minimal disruption and maintain your privacy. Our usual working hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the option to work on weekends if necessary (additional charges may apply).
Throughout the installation, we will carefully manage the process to ensure minimal inconvenience, whether you’re at home or if we’re granted access while you’re away. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organised environment, so we take extra care to protect your floors using dust sheets and floor protection. Our tools are fitted with hoovers that connect directly to the power tools, ensuring compliance with UK health and dust regulations, and keeping your space as tidy as possible.
We can also work around your schedule, reducing noise and adjusting our activities to accommodate important meetings or if you are working from home, ensuring that your daily routine is disrupted as little as possible.
After the project is successfully completed to your utmost satisfaction, the final invoice for the remaining 25% will be issued for payment.
