Every commission begins with a detailed on-site design consultation. During this visit, we take precise measurements of the space – not only the overall dimensions, but also the positions of windows, doors, skirtings, cornices, plumbing and electrical points. These architectural details are essential in creating joinery that integrates seamlessly within the space.
Following the survey, we prepare a tailored quotation based on the agreed scope, materials and design direction. Once the quotation is approved, we request a 25% deposit to secure the project within our production schedule.
At this stage, we move into the technical design phase, producing detailed 3D SketchUp drawings and technical joinery plans. This allows you to fully review the proportions, internal configurations, materials and finish details before manufacturing begins.
Only once the technical drawings have been approved do we proceed to production, ensuring complete clarity and confidence at every stage of the process.
We use premium materials throughout: moisture-resistant boards, solid hardwoods, quality veneers and professionally applied spray-painted finishes. Hardware is specified on merit – Blum hinges and drawer runners for long-term, smooth operation; Hafele push-to-open systems for contemporary, handle-free aesthetics.
Every component is selected for the specific demands of the piece it goes into, not for cost efficiency. The result is joinery that looks exceptional on installation day and continues to perform exceptionally years later.
