The bathroom is one of the most technically demanding rooms in any home to furnish well. It requires furniture that is moisture-resistant, precisely dimensioned to work around plumbing and sanitaryware, and finished to a standard that will withstand daily use over many years. Off-the-shelf bathroom furniture rarely achieves all three. Bespoke bathroom furniture in London – designed specifically for your space and built from premium materials – does.
At C-made, we design and handcraft custom bathroom cabinets and vanity units in London for clients who want furniture that is truly fitted to the room – not adapted to fit.

Our bathroom joinery covers the full scope of fitted bathroom furniture:
Bathroom joinery requires carefully selected materials and construction methods. We use moisture-resistant MDF and specialist boards throughout, with sealed carcasses and finishes designed to withstand humidity and temperature changes.
All hardware – hinges, runners and fittings – is specified for bathroom environments, ensuring consistent performance over time.
Painted finishes are spray-applied in our workshop, producing a smooth, durable and washable surface. We can match any colour specification, including Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and bespoke palettes.

Every bathroom has fixed constraints – sanitaryware positions, plumbing runs, window placements and door clearances – that standard furniture cannot resolve effectively.
Made-to-measure bathroom cabinets in London are designed around these constraints from the outset. The furniture fits the room precisely, without compromise.
We take detailed measurements during the design visit and develop the layout accordingly, ensuring every element is considered before manufacturing begins.
We begin with a free in-home design visit. We assess your bathroom, take precise measurements and discuss your requirements in detail.
A 25% deposit is then required to secure the project and begin the design phase. We produce detailed 3D drawings, showing exactly how the furniture will be configured within the space.
Once the design is reviewed and approved, manufacturing takes place in our North London workshop. Installation is carried out by our own team, typically within 6–8 weeks.

Bathroom joinery forms a significant part of our work with interior designers and architects. We are accustomed to working from technical drawings, coordinating with other trades, and delivering furniture that integrates precisely with the wider bathroom scheme.
If you are specifying bespoke bathroom joinery for a project, we would be pleased to discuss how we can support your design.

The first step is a consultation in your home. We assess the space, take measurements and discuss your brief in detail – with no obligation until you decide to proceed.
